Membership Policy

1. Purpose

The “Time to Succeed” Membership is designed to provide a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for members to grow personally and professionally. These terms set out how membership works and the standards of behaviour expected.

2. Membership Eligibility

* Open to individuals aged 18 and above.
* By joining, members agree to comply with this policy and the Code of Conduct.

3. Membership Benefits

Members gain access to:

* Online meetups, workshops, and presentations
* Exclusive learning resources and tools
* Community discussion spaces

4. Fees & Renewal

Membership Fee £50 per annum

* Membership fees are payable in advance.
* Membership renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
* Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Member Responsibilities

* Keep your account details secure and up to date.
* Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members.
* Actively engage in a positive, supportive manner.

6. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund if a member breaches the Code of Conduct or acts in a way that damages the community.

Respect & Professionalism

* Treat all members, facilitators, and staff with courtesy and respect.
* Avoid offensive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour.
* Honour confidentiality of discussions and shared materials.

Positive Participation

* Contribute constructively to discussions, workshops, and activities.
* Refrain from spamming, self-promotion, or selling products/services unless explicitly authorised.
* Give feedback in a supportive, solution-oriented way.

Integrity

* Use membership resources for personal and professional development only.
* Do not share your login or materials outside the membership without permission.

Safety

* Report any breaches of this Code of Conduct to the site administrator promptly.
* Cooperate with any investigation into complaints.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

8. Acceptance

By purchasing or renewing membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Membership Policy and Code of Conduct.
