How does coaching via email work?
eCoaching can either be purchased (via cheque, postal order or paypal) in weekly or monthly slots. You can then choose between two email coaching options:
- Unlimited coaching via email for a set time period
As soon as you send an email, I will reply (I will send all replies within 36hours). So it really is up to you to get the most out of this. The coaching covers the stated time period.
- A set number of emails.
Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the week for you to make the most of coaching via email for a set time period. So this option is for you to have 3 emails per weekly cost, and the course will finish when the third email is sent, as opposed to the physical end of the week.
You choose which Life Coaching by email package suits your lifestyle best.
One weeks eCoaching costs less than one face-to-face meeting and the coaching is unlimited. This really is the most economical coaching option if cash flow is an issue.
