In some respects, losing weight is the hardest thing to do. If you want to give up drinking you can totally avoid alcohol, if you want to give up smoking, you can avoid cigarettes, if you want to lose weight, you cannot give up food!

With Life Coaching at Time To Succeed, we will establish a Personal Development Plan which will enable you to focus on what you can do to lose weight, given that food is something that you can just not turn your back on. You will discover coping strategies so that in times of need the biscuit tin does not hold the answers, you do.
