I could list the benefit of giving up smoking, but I know you're not stupid. You know all the benefits, and the negative effects of not giving up, but for some reason it just doesn't make you stop. If you were told that eating a packet of crisps had the same effect as smoking, you'd never eat another packet. I can hear you now saying that crisps are not addictive, but experts state that it only takes a few days to remove the physical nicotine addiction, after that it's down to breaking the habit!
